1. Agreement to Terms

Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination resulted from fraudulent or prohibited activities. For terminations not related to fraud or abuse, ml777 will endeavor to return legitimate account balances subject to verification and wagering requirement completion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the ml777 Service are the exclusive property of ml777 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
